This kit is analytically validated with ready-to-use reagents. 背景信息 Human IL-6 (also known as B-cell stimulatory factor 2, Interferon beta-2, Hybridoma growth factor, and CTL differentiation factor) plays an essential role in the final differentiation of B-cells into Igsecreting cells. It induces myeloma and plasmacytoma growth, nerve cells differentiation, and acute phase reactants in hepatocytes. IL-6 is expressed by T cells, B cells, monocytes, fibroblasts, hepatocytes, endothelial cells, and keratinocytes.
