概述	Interleukin 10 (IL-10) is a cytokine that is primarily secreted by T cells and monocytes, and plays an important role in inflammatory and immune responses as it inhibits the synthesis of a number of cytokines, including IFNγ, IL-2, TNFα, and GM-CSF. IL-10 has also been shown to be involved in stimulating the growth of stem cells, mast cells, and thymocytes, in addition to enhancing cytotoxic T cell development and costimulating B cell differentiation and immunoglobulin secretion. The Millipore human IL-10 ELISPOT Antibody Pair provides a sensitive and highly reliable method for the detection of IL-10 secreting cells at the single cell level.

演示	The 500 µg purified IL-10 capture antibody is buffered in a preservative-free phosphate solution, pH 7.2, and should be handled under aseptic conditions. The 100 µg purified IL-10 biotinylated detection antibody is buffered in a phosphate solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide. Streptavidin alkaline phosphatase is supplied in a Tris Buffer, pH 8.0, containing 0.1 M sodium chloride, 1 mM magnesium chloride, 0.2% (w/v) BSA, 10% (w/w) glycerol, and 0.1% sodium azide.
