背景信息 Fibromodulin is an extracellular matrix protein that is normally produced in collagen-rich tissues. The fibromodulin gene is the most overexpressed gene in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL). It is thought to play a role in the pathobiology of B-CLL and MCL (mantel cell lymphoma).
