背景信息 Protein kinase C and casein kinase substrate in neurons protein 1 (PACSIN 1) is a cytoplasmic phosphoprotein containing the highly conserved SH3 domain at the C-terminus, and a CDC15 homology domain at the N-terminus. It is highly expressed in the brain, and is phosphorylated by caesin kinase 2 and protein kinase C. PACSIN 1 is involved in the formation and transport of vesicles; endocytosis; and reorganization of the cytoskeleton, particularly at presynaptic sites in the brain. These functions may be performed through SH3-domain interaction with a number of vesicle-related synaptic proteins such as dynamin 1, N-WASP, synapsin 1, and synaptojanin 1. 产品信息 格式 Affinity Purified 控制 - Mouse brain tissue lysate
