概述	Native vitronectin purified from human plasma. Extracellular matrix protein that promotes cell adhesion. Exists as a mixture of 75 kDa and 65 kDa polypeptides. Biochemically and immunologically distinct from fibronectin. Binds to cells through the RGD sequence in its cell-binding domain.
	Intact protein and SDS-PAGE bands react with monoclonal antibodies to vitronectin, bind to heparin, and promote cell adhesion.
