    背景信息 AIF-1 is an actin-binding protein that enhances the actin-bundling activity of LCP1 in membrane ruffling and plays a role in RAC signaling and in phagocytosis. Studies show that AIF-1 may play a role in macrophage activation and function by promoting the proliferation of T-lymphocytes and lymphocyte migration.
