背景信息 Interleukin-22 receptor subunit alpha-2 (IL22RA2), also known as ZcytoR16 serves as receptor for IL-22. Produced by T cells, IL-22 activates the STAT3 signal transduction pathway and induces the production of acute-phase reactants, which are involved in inflammatory response. IL22RA2 binds with IL-22 and neutralizes IL-22-induced proliferation of BaF3 cells. It is expressed in immune systems, placenta, and select organs and tissues.
