背景信息 Cripto-1 growth factor (Cripto-1), also known as teratocarcinoma-derived growth factor 1 (TDGF1), is a member of the epidermal growth factor-CFC family and is important for embryonic development. Cripto-1 has been shown to be up-regulated in many different human cancers and could be a possible therapeutic target for cancer.
