背景信息 Four and a half LIM domains protein 1 (FHL1) is also called Skeletal muscle LIM-protein 1 (SLIM-1). FHL1 has 3 isoforms; Isoform 1 is highly expressed in skeletal muscle; Isoform 2 is expressed in brain and skeletal muscle; and Isoform 3 is expressed in testis, heart and skeletal muscle.
