背景信息 EPS8 (epidermal growth factor receptor kinase substrate 8), which was originally identified as a substrate for the kinase activity of EGFR, is a multifunctional protein that is known to play a role in spermatogenesis, the regulation of actin, and other cellular processes. EPS8 uses its SH3 domain to complex with Abi1 and SOS1, leading to Rac activation and subsequent actin cytoskeletal remodeling. In the same manner, it binds with RN-tre to inhibit the internalization of EGFR.
