背景信息	Src is a ubiquitous non-receptor tyrosine kinase with relatively high levels of expression in neurons, osteoclasts, and platelets. It couples many different classes of cell surface receptors, including immune receptors, integrins, receptor tyrosine kinases, and cytokine receptors, to their respective intracellular signaling networks. Src recognizes activated cell surface receptors as dimers or clusters, and phosphorylates their tyrosine residues, providing binding motifs for signaling molecules. By this mechanism, Src facilitates a number of signaling pathways involved in cell adhesion, cell cycle, apoptosis, gene transcription, and cell migration. Src may also play a role in tumor development. Src is regulated by phosphorylation at multiple tyrosine residues.
