应用说明	Western blot: 1-10 g/mL using ECL. ELISA: 0.5-1 g/mL using 1 g/mL control peptide per well. Immunohistochemistry: not tested. It is recommended that the antibody be tried at 2-20 μg/mL on paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

For antibodies with volumes of 200 μl or less, we recommend gently tapping the vial on a hard surface or briefly centrifuging the vial in a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container's cap.
