概述	One of the most potent peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α (PPARα) ligands. Inhibits TNF-α induced expression of VCAM-1 in endothelial cells. A hepatocarcinogen and tumor promoter. Also acts as a potent anti-hypercholesterolemic agent.
