    概述 A substituted triazoloquinoline-1-thione compound that acts as a potent, ATP-competitive, reversible and selective inhibitor of Src family tyrosine kinases (IC50 = 1.2 µM for human recombinant Csk). Exhibits little effect against p38 MAPK or FGFR even at concentrations as high as 50 µM.
