    概述 A cell-permeable 1,4-naphthoquinone compound that acts as potent and selective inhibitor of MEK (IC50 = 0.38 µM for MEK1). It shows little effect on PKC and PKA, and inhibits Raf1 and ERK1 only at much higher concentrations (IC50 = 34.5 and 82.9 µM, respectively).
