    概述 Selective membrane-permeable activator of protein kinase G that has a higher activation potential than cGMP. Does not significantly affect cGMP-regulated phosphodiesterases. Inhibits the thrombin-induced phosphorylation of human platelets mediated by myosin light chain kinase (MLCK) and protein kinase C (PKC). Note: 25 µmol = 14.73 mg.
