概述	Recombinant, mouse growth differentiation factor 5 (GDF-5) consisting of amino acids 376-495, expressed in E. coli with and without an N-terminal methionine. GDF-5, a member of the bone morphogenetic protein family, is involved in regulation of myogenesis, bone morphogenesis, neuron differentiation and survival, and chondrogenesis regulation.
