经验配方 CAS号 C₁₉H₂₀FN₅ • 2HCl 950912-80-8 描述 概述 A cell-permeable tri-substituted imidazole compound that acts as a potent and reversible inhibitor of casein kinase Iε/δ (IC50 = 7.7 and 14 nM, respectively) with modest to excellent selectivity over EGFR and p38 MAPK (IC50 = 150 and 190 nM, respectively) and over 43 related kinases (IC50 > 0.3 to 30 µM), and a panel containing 116-receptors, transporters and other enzymes.
