背景信息 ABH3 is a member of the Fe(II)/2OG-dependent dioxygenase superfamily, which couples substrate oxidation by converting 2-oxoglutarate (2OG) into succinate and CO2. In humans, ABH3 plays a critical role in alkylated DNA/RNA damage repair and in cancer therapy.
