背景信息	ARP-1, Nuclear receptor subfamily 2, group F, member 2 (NR2F2), also known as COUP-TFII, is an orphan nuclear receptor. It is expressed in varying tissues and organs in developing embryos. Studies have shown that ARP-1 is essential for the distal outgrowth of embryonic limbs as well as the maintenance of proliferation in the growing limb bud. Mutations in mice resulted in defects in muscle, limb development, angiogenesis, and heart development.
