背景信息 NADPH Oxidase (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate-oxidase) complex is composed of p47 phox (cytosolic component bound to PKC that localizes to p22), p67 phox (cytosolic component that interacts with activated Rac to dock on the glycoprotein p91 subunit (gp91) of membrane bound cytochrome b), Rac2 (Rho family of GTPases), b558 (a cytochrome b transmembrane protein dimer made up of gp91 phox/p22 phox). Entrez基因汇总 This gene encodes a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, which shares a limited similarity with CDK inhibitor CDKN1A/p21. The encoded protein binds to and prevents the activation of cyclin E-CDK2 or cyclin D-CDK4 complexes, and thus controls the cell cycle progression at G1. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
