背景信息 RAC3 (Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 3; p21-Rac3) is a small GTPase belonging to the Rho family. It is found in the brain, heart, placenta and pancreas, and is localized to the plasma membrane where it cycles between an active GTP- and an inactive GDP-bound state. It is regulated by the Bcr protein.
