背景信息 RSK3 (Ribosomal S6 kinase 3) is a novel pp90rsk Ser/Thr kinase and the RSK family of kinases can be activated by MAP kinases. RSK3 is thought to activate the Ras/extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK1/2) which is involved in cell growth, proliferation, survival and motility. RSK3 remains active longer than other RSK’s and stays attached to the ERK1/2 complex.
