背景信息 Heat Shock Protein BAP1 (heat shock 27-kDa-associated protein 1, or HSPBAP1) inhibits the function of heat shock protein 27, which has a neuroprotective effect during experimentally induced epileptic neuropathology. The HSPBAP1 protein, also known as PASS1, contains a jmjC motif, suggesting it is a member of the jumonji family of transcription factors. 应用说明 Immunocytochemistry:
An 1:100 dilution of this antibody detects HSPBAP1 in the nuclei of A431, HeLa, and NIH/3T3 cells by fluorescent immunochemistry analysis.
Western blotting:
An 1:250 dilution of this antibody detects all three isoforms of HSPBAP1 in Jurkat cell lysate. The accession numbers of the isoforms are: Q96EW2; Q96EW2-2; Q96EW2-3.
