背景信息 RAB21 is a member of the small GTPase superfamily that is critically important in the recycling of integrin protein receptor complexes and their internalization. Thus, RAB21 is important in cell adhesion and migration of cells, as well as the proper completing of cytokinesis which requires particular care with adherent cells to coordinate the release and recycling of integrin and their release from the ECM matrix during cytokinesis. RAB21 is primarily a cytoplasmic or cytoplasmic organelle localized protein and its precise location will vary with cell cycle and cell division phases. 应用说明 Western Blot Analysis: A 1:1000 dilution of a representative lot of this antibody detected Rab21 in A431, C2C12, HEK293, HeLa, HepG2, Jurkat, L6, Mouse brain, NIH/3T3, PC12, PC3, and RAW264.7 cell lysates. This antibody did not detect Rab21 in Human placenta or Huvec cell lysates.
