背景信息 Retinoic acid-inducible gene 1 (RIG-1, DDX58) is a cytoplasmic protein belonging to the family of RIG-1-like receptor (RLR) family. It is a multidomain protein containing an N-terminal caspase recruitment domain (CARD); a DExD/H box helicase domain; and a C-terminal repression domain.
