背景信息	With SmartFlare™ RNA Detection probes, you can detect RNA in LIVE CELLS with ease. With just an overnight incubation of IL8; Human, Cyanine 5 RNA Detection Probe you can detect the presence of IL8 within your cells. Interleukin-8 (IL-8) is a chemokine produced by macrophages, epithelial cells and endothelial cells. IL-8's primary function is to recruit neutrophils to phagocytose the antigen which trigger the antigen pattern toll-like receptors. IL-8 can be secreted by any cells with toll-like receptors which are involved in a body’s innate immune response. Once IL-8 is secreted, it becomes an important mediator of immune reaction and inflammatory response. IL-8’s monomer and homodimer forms are both inducers of CXCR1 and CXCR2. IL-8 is also believed to play a role in the pathogenesis of bronchiolitis, a common respiratory tract disease caused by viral infection.
