背景信息	With SmartFlare™ RNA Detection probes, you can detect RNA in LIVE CELLS with ease. With just an overnight incubation of GATA4; Mouse, Cyanine 5, RNA Detection Probe you can detect the presence of GATA4 within your cells. GATA4 (GATA binding factor-4) is a member of the GATA family of transcription factors and is located primarily in the nucleus. GATA4 is a transcriptional activator of ANF and also acts in conjuction with NKX2-5, ZNF260, NFATC4 and LMCD1. GATA4's activation of ANF can be repressed through JARID2 interaction. GATA4 is involved in embryogenesis and in myocardial differentiation and function and is associated with heart septal defects.
