特殊指南 Reconstitute in sterile PBS, PH 7.4, or sterile Tris-saline (20 mM Tris containing 150 mM NaCl), pH 7.4, to a final concentration of 200 µg/ml. To achieve complete solubilization, reconstitute at (4°C) with 0.1% sodium azide or aliqout and freeze (-20°C) for long-term storage. Note: sodium azide is cytotoxic.
