背景信息	The Milliplex® MAP Mouse Bone Magnetic Bead Panel contains all the components necessary to measure 10 biomarkers in any combination: ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic hormone), DKK-1 (Dickkopf-1), IL-6, Insulin, Leptin, TNFα, OPG (Osteopotegrin), OC (Osteocalcin), SOST (Sclerostin) and FGF-23 in any combination. The kit uses a 96-well format, contains a lyophilized standard cocktail, 2 quality controls and can measure up to 38 serum or plasma samples in duplicate.

应用说明	Recommended Sample Dilutions: Serum and plasma samples require (recommend) a 1:2 dilution with Assay Buffer. For Osteocalin, a 1:20-1:50 in Assay Buffer is recommended. Each well requires 25uL of sample, standard or control. Tissue culture supernatants can also be used and if needed, make appropriate dilutions with control medium.
