背景信息 Interleukin-22 (IL-22) is a human cytokine that is structurally related to IL-10 and secreted by activated Th1 cells. IL-22 is thought to directly activate innate, nonspecific immunity in tissues. IL-22 has also been shown to be pivotal in skin inflammation and wound healing.
