No. 239802) structural analog that is shown to be at least 10-fold more potent than Curcumin as an IKKβ inhibitor (IC50 = 1.9 µM) and in blocking TNFα-induced cellular I-κB phosphorylation (IC50 = 5.7 µM) and NF-κB nuclear translocation (IC50 = 1.3 µM), as well as in its anticancer activity (IC50 ranges from 0.44 to 2.07 µM) in vitro.
