背景信息 Retinoblastoma-binding protein 5 (RBBP-5) is also known as RBQ3. RBBP-5 is involved in transcriptional regulation, gene induction and H3 'Lys-4' methylation at key developmental loci. In embryonic stem (ES) cells, RBBP-5 has a critical role in the differentiation, especially along the neural lineage. As a component of the MLL1/MLL complex, RBBP-5 is involved in mono-, di- and trimethylation at 'Lys-4' of histone H3, which is a specific marker for epigenetic transcriptional activation. 产品信息 格式 Purified 控制 - HeLa cell lysate
