背景信息 40S ribosomal protein SA, also known as 37 kDa laminin receptor precursor (37LRP) or 37/67 kDa laminin receptor (LRP/LR) or 67 kDa laminin receptor (67LR) or Colon carcinoma laminin-binding protein or Laminin receptor 1 (LamR) or Laminin-binding protein precursor p40 (LBP/p40) or Multidrug resistance-associated protein MGr1-Ag or NEM/1CHD4, and encoded by the gene name RPSA or LAMBR or LAMR1, is a family of extracellular matrix glycoproteins that are the major noncollagenous constituent of basement membranes. They have been implicated in a wide variety of biological processes including cell adhesion, differentiation, migration, signaling, neurite outgrowth and metastasis. Many of the effects of laminin are mediated through interactions with cell surface receptors. These receptors include members of the integrin family, as well as non-integrin laminin-binding proteins. Laminin Receptor is a high-affinity, non-integrin family, laminin receptor 1. 储存和货运信息 存储条件 Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.
Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
