背景信息	Lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 2 (LAMP-2 or Lysosome-associated membrane protein 2), also known as CD107 antigen-like family member B or CD107b, and encoded by the gene name LAMP2, is a member of a family of membrane glycoproteins and has been implicated in tumor cell metastasis. This glycoprotein provides selectins with carbohydrate ligands. LAMP-2 may function in the protection, maintenance, and adhesion of the lysosome. Mutations in LAMP-2 have been assoicated with Danon disease characterized by the clinical triad of cardiomyopathy, vacuolar myopathy and mental retardation.
