背景信息 p53-induced protein with a death domain (PIDD) is also called Leucine-rich repeat and death domain-containing protein (LRDD). PIDD is involved in apoptosis downstream of the tumor suppressor. PIDD is a component of the DNA damage/stress response pathway in which p53/TP53 is associated with apoptosis.
