    概述 Recognizes the ~28-30 kDa subunit of µ-calpain (calpain-1) and m-calpain (calpain-2). Recognizes both native and denatured forms of the small subunit of calpain.

    This antibody can be used to immunoprecipitate the small subunit of Calpain I and Calpain II under native and denatured conditions. Immunoprecipitation (10% SDS-PAGE) Samples: A431 cells lysed under native conditions and immunoprecipitated with clone 28F3 anti-calpain I,II small subunit (Cat. No. 208730) (lane 1), an irrelevant antibody (lane 2) and direct lysate (lane 3). Primary antibody concentration: 0.5 µg/ml (Cat. No: 208730) Secondary antibody concentration: 0.2 µg/ml goat anti-mouse IgG-HRP, γ-chain specific (Cat. No. 401207) Exposure: 1 min Obtained results: Bands at ~30 kDa in lanes 1 and 3
