    背景信息 Lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronic acid receptor 1 (LYVE-1) is a member of the Link family containing the characteristic C-type lectin-like domain which binds hyaluron. LYVE-1 is predominantly expressed on lymphatic endothelial cells and mediates the effects of hyaluron on cell motility, proliferation, adhesion, and tumor metastasis, among other cellular processes. LYVE-1 is widely used as a biomarker to study lymphangiogenesis.
