    应用说明 Hemagglutination Inhibition.

    10-20μg/mL: Antibody is diluted in PBS and virons (4HA units, 10(e11) particles) in small volumes (25μL) at 37C for 1 hour in 96 well round bottom plates. Human type A erthrocytes (washed and suspended at a concentration of 2% v/v) are prepared, and 50μL are added to the virion-antibody mixtures, and incubated overnight at 4C; The HA inhibition (HAI) titer is defined as the lowest concentration of antibody capable of inhibiting HA. For 9BG5 this titer is typically >3 μg/mL {Nason, et al, 2001}.

    Dilute with buffer pH 7.5 - 8.0 to desired working volumes. For extensive dilution, protein-containing or other stabilizing medium should be used.

    Final working dilutions must be determined by end user.
