    Flow Cytometry: (with or without permeabilization with 70% ethanol) - 5 μg/1-10 million cells

    Western Blot: (non-reducing gels and without methanol in transfer buffer antibody will not work in reducing gels and with methanol)

    Immunohistology: frozen sections - 5-10 μg/section
