    Immunoprecipitation

    Cytospins

    Flow Cytometry: (with or without permeabilization with 70% ethanol) - 5 μg/1-10 million cells

    Western Blot: (non-reducing gels and without methanol in transfer buffer, antibody will not work in reducing gels and with methanol)

    Immunohistology: frozen sections - 5-10 μg/section, (does not work well on paraffin embedded tissues)

    Biological Activity: 5-100 μg/mL

    Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

    Antibody can be used on all transformed cell types and in normal cells programmed for cell death.
