应用说明 Western blot. Recognizes a protein of 55 kDa. Suggested working dilution is 1:100-1:1,000. Suggested blocking buffer is 3% BSA in PBS or 3% non fat milk in PBS.
Immunohistochemistry on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue sections. Suggested working dilution is 1:100-1:1,000.
