背景信息 A2B5 is a cell surface ganglioside epitope expressed in developing thymic epithelial cells, oligodendrocyte progenitors and neuroendocrine cells. The A2B5 antigen is present in type 2 astrocytes but absent in type 1 astrocytes, allowing for the differentiation of these different types of cells. A2B5 antibody has been used in flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry experiments to stain type II astrocytes, cells involved in gliogenesis and cells committed to the oligodendrocyte lineage. 产品信息 格式 Purified 控制 - Type II astrocytes, human neural progenitors
