背景信息 Calcium and integrin binding protein 1 (CIB1) belongs to the calcium-binding protein family and has significant homology to calmodulin and calcineurin B. The specific function of this protein is not well understood; however, CIB1 may regulate various cellular processes by associating with proteins such as FAK and PAK1 which are known to regulate angiogenesis.
CIB appers to be a novel Ca2+-binding protein that interacts with the integrin alphaIIb subunit cytoplasmic domain, but not to other integrin cytoplasmic domains. This protein is expressed in platelets and binds to heterodimeric integrin alphaIIb/beta3 (GPIIb/IIIa) as a potential intracellular regulatory molecule, (Naik, 1997).产品信息 格式 Purified 控制 - Mouse spleen tissue lysate
