背景信息	Isocitrate dehydrogenase [NADP] cytoplasmic (IDH1) is a member of the isocitrate and isopropylmalate dehydrogenases family that catalyzes the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate to a-ketoglutarate (a-KG). It is found in the cytoplasm and peroxisomes. Mutations in IDH1 have been associated with astrocytomas, oligoastrocytomas and oligodendrogliomas.
