    特异性 Sialyl Lewis A epitope expressed on glyoprotein or glycolipid. Reacts strongly with lung adenocarcinoma and an antigen found in cell membranes and cytoplasm of stomach, colon, breast and ovarian cancers. Reacts weakly with stomach mucosa, normal tissue metaplasia of intestinal epithelium, pancreatic acinar cells, coated epithelium of colon, epithelia of pancreatic and gall ducts, renal tubular epithelium and bronchus gland of lung. No reaction with fat, inflammation or red blood cells or connective tissues.
