概述	MILLIPLEX^® MAP Human Angiogenesis Magnetic Bead Panel 2 contains all the components necessary to measure up to 20 biomarkers in any combination using Luminex^® xMAP^® technology. This kit uses a 96-well format, contains a lyophilized standard cocktail, two quality controls, and can measure up to 38 serum, plasma or cell/tissuue culture samples in duplicate.
背景信息	Angiogenesis, the development of new vascular networks, is a key process in normal growth and development as well as in wound healing, with homeostasis maintained by a delicate balance of angiogenic factors and inhibitors. Consequently, insufficient or excessive blood vessel growth underlies many diseases, including cardiovascular disease, diabetic ulcers, macular degeneration and cancer. Angiogenesis plays a significant role in tumor growth and metastasis.
