描述 FlowCellect™ Human B Cell Enumeration Kit 概述 The FlowCellect Human B Cell Enumeration Kit provides a rapid and simple method for the detection and identification of CD45 lymphocytes and CD19 B lymphocytes in either whole blood or PBMC’s using simplified no-wash assays and flow cytometry. CD19 is considered to be a characteristic B cell marker and therefore commonly used in routine immunophenotyping of B Cells. Monoclonal antibodies clustered as CD19 detect all peripheral blood B cells. The performance of the assays on the guava easyCyte 8HT platform along with the Incyte software allows for cell count and percentage information on CD45, CD19 cells. The simplified identification can be of great utility in understanding the role of B lymphocytes in development, response and mechanism of disease Alternate Names - Flow Cellect
背景信息 B cells are an important subpopulation of lymphocytes that play a major role in mediating the humoral immune response by the secretion of antigen-specific antibodies. The humoral response is critical in the response against invading micro-organisms such as bacteria and viruses as well as toxins. B cells also perform a variety of other critical functions such as acting as antigen-presenting cells, providing support to other mononuclear cells, contributing directly to inflammatory pathways and play a role in dendritic cell regulation and initiation of T cell responses.
Normal peripheral blood B lymphocytes (defined with the use of CD45+/CD19+) make up between 9% and 16% of the lymphocytes and show alteration with % levels with age and development. B cells have been implicated in the development of leukemia and lymphoma and in the development of autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus and multiple sclerosis.The study of B cells and their development is also critical for improved vaccine development.产品信息 部件 - (1) Antibody Cocktail containing CD19-FITC and CD45-PerCP, antibodies, (2) 1X Assay Buffer BA and (3) 1X Lysing solution to lyse erythrocytes.
