    背景信息 Short transient receptor potential channel 7 (TrpC7) is also known as Transient receptor protein 7 (TRP-7). TrpC7 is thought to create a receptor-activated non-selective calcium cation channel which is probably is controlled by a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system. TrpC7 is activated by receptor tyrosine kinases, G-protein coupled receptors, or diacylglycerol (DAG) and perhaps intracellular calcium store depletion.
