This kit will analyze up to 38 samples in duplicate, requiring as little as 10 ul of mouse serum, plasma or tissue culture supernatants. The availability of a mouse SAA-3 ELISA kit should facilitate additional studies with regards to body weight regulation and metabolism, cardiovascular disease and immune regulation. 背景信息 Serum Amyloid A3 (SAA-3) is an acute phase protein produced in the liver. In response to injury, granulocytes and macrophages secrete cytokines which modulate the production of acute phase proteins.
